If you pay by ACH bank transfer
Your money will arrive 3 to 4 banking days after you approve your transaction.

If you pay by US domestic wire transfer (typically used for larger transactions)
Your money will arrive zero to two (0-2) banking days after your wire is received.

How to speed up your transaction
Send your transaction in the morning on banking days. This will increase the chances of the process starting the same day, and speed up the delivery of your money in Mexico. Transactions sent after 1pm Pacific time, or on weekends and holidays will take longer to deliver.

Weekends and US banking holidays are not US banking days
Transactions approved on weekends and US banking holidays are not submitted until the next banking day. Please be aware that only weekdays count as "banking days". Also, banks in the US do not do business on certain US banking holidays, and these days will delay delivery of funds. Here is a common list of US banking holidays:

  • New Year's Day - January 1

  • Martin Luther King, Jr. Day - Third Monday in January

  • President's Day - Third Monday in February

  • Memorial Day - Last Monday in May

  • Independence Day - July 4

  • Labor Day - First Monday in September

  • Columbus Day - Second Monday in October

  • Veterans Day - November 11

  • Thanksgiving Day - 4th Thursday in November

  • Christmas Eve - December 24

  • Christmas Day - December 25

Less common reasons for delay
Occasionally, our compliance team or our bank's compliance team may flag your transaction for manual review. This may delay the delivery of your money in Mexico, or result in a cancelation if problems are found. This is more common for newer accounts.
